Experience:

30+ yrs of marriage

29 yrs of parenting

And a whole lot of living

At Never Easy Always Good, we bring over three decades of experience in the art of surviving the unexpected.

💙 What That Looks Like

  • Over 30 years of marriage (and we’ve learned that love is built more on prayer and forgiveness than candlelight dinners).

  • Raising ten kids — seven through adoption, three biological.

  • Parenting through challenges like Down syndrome, autism, and adolescence (arguably the most unpredictable of all).

  • Juggling caregiving and faith in the middle of everyday chaos.

🌿 What We’ve Learned

  • Life is more like a family road trip than a straight highway — full of detours, laughter, breakdowns, and memories we wouldn’t trade.

  • I may not have sold 6,500 products, but I’ve probably packed that many school lunches.

What We Offer

  • Hope and encouragement for moms in the trenches.

  • Tools and words shaped by real-life chaos and real faith.

  • Grace for the hard days (and permission to occasionally hide in the pantry with a cookie).

How Real Life Turns Into Real Resources

💜 Discover the Grit, Grace, and Goofy Behind Every Download

Around here, we don’t just create digital resources, we survive life, learn the lesson, and then turn it into a printable. Whether it’s a Quiet Questions journal page or a parenting pep talk disguised as a devotional, everything is handcrafted with love… usually between therapy appointments and reheating someone’s chicken nuggets.

✨ Made by Real Life

Not bots. Not a Pinterest mom with a matching label maker. Just me—writing from the school pick-up line, with coffee in hand and a kid asking 47 questions.

🧼 Made by 100% Experience

Tested in the wild: family meltdowns, awkward IEP meetings, foster care chaos, and "I thought you were watching the toddler" moments.

🌱 Sustainable(ish)

We believe in resources that last—emotionally, spiritually, and practically. No fluff. No filler. Just soul food for the mom in the trenches.

🏡 Locally Grown

Created in the high desert of Arizona, fueled by grace, grit, and the occassional take out cheese enchilada. Your purchase supports this wild family and helps keep the Wi-Fi on.

And grab something that feels like a deep breath, a knowing nod, or a virtual hug.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions (That Nobody’s Actually Asked Yet… But Probably Should)
Welcome to the FAQ zone—where the chaos is real, the coffee is strong, and the questions are mostly made up (for now). Since no one’s actually sent us any yet, we’ve taken the liberty of asking ourselves the kinds of things curious minds might want to know about our big, beautiful, slightly bonkers, purpose-filled family life. From why there are so many laundry baskets to how we manage it all without losing our ever-loving minds (spoiler: Jesus and snacks), this is your peek behind the scenes.

If you have a real question… bless you. Send it in. We’ll add it and pretend we’re official.

Is your house always loud?

What? Sorry, I couldn’t hear you over the sound of someone yelling “MOM!” for the 73rd time today.

In all reality, it isn't as loud as one might think. Although, I am sure I have gotten used to it somewhat.

Do you ever sleep?

We like to think of sleep as a nostalgic concept from our pre-parenting years.

Do your kids help around the house?

Define “help.” Then lower your expectations slightly.

With all humor aside, they all have chores. Now, how motivated they are to complete them is not guaranteed.

Do you remember all their birthdays?

I do actually. In our house we have birthdays in January, February, March (me), April x2, May, June, August x2, September, October, and November. (July is our nations birthday and December is, of course, Jesus's birthday)

How do you do it all?

Jesus, coffee, Jarvis (our vacuum/mop robot), and a solid sense of humor. Not necessarily in that order.

“My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.”

2 Cor. 12:9
